Terms of Use

When using the website you need to follow these rules and guidelines.

The user (user, users, visitor, visitors, guy/girl controlling the mouse) will from now on be called or refered as the "USER".
The website (Crashblog, Crashblog.org, Crashblog,net, Crashblog.dk, Crashblog.eu, CB, Site, Administrators and moderators of the website) will from now on be called or refered as "CRASHBLOG".

Whenever creating a user, posting a crash, adding a comment or doing anything else that has something with the site to do you automatically accept theese rules.

Not following the Terms of Use of this page will result in a permanent ban from CRASHBLOG without any further contact to the USER. If the USER no longer has access to CRASHBLOG, it is not at any time allowed to try to get around this access restriction.

Comments

Please dont spam... and if you do, we'll come after you! :-)

Add crash

Every crash that are added are being approved by our moderators. Unwanted content will not be added.

Video

We are not hosting our videos our self, so please be sure that the video you are adding is allowed to be used on other sites.

Pictures

When uploading pictures to our servers please note that you need to have rights to the picture. It also have to correspond with Danish laws.

Rules

We have the rights to update the rules whenever we want and you allways have to follow them. Therefore it is your own responsibility to view the rules now and then (eventually when adding new crashes)

Logging

All access on the site is logged. We save your IP-adress for only administrative reasons and we will never give the IP-adress or any other information away to a third-party unless it is a legal matter and the correct legal documents can be shown.
When adding a crash to the site we will keep more information about the USER who has uploaded it (Name, date and so on).

Data/content

CRASHBLOG cannot in any way be hold responsible for what the USER has uploaded. It is allways the USER's fully responsibility for the uploaded crashes and comments or whatever which the USER may post at CRASHBLOG.

CRASHBLOG does not take responsibility of whatever loss there may be due to data loss, server crashes or in any other way CRASHBLOG may lose it's data.
CRASHBLOG may as well delete whatever content CRASHBLOG feels the need to delete.
